**Kyu/Grading Exam is by Invitation Only - Instructors will provide further details closer to the exam date .

The following requirements are necessary to qualify for grading:
1. Invitations for grading will be offered at the sole discretion of the instructor.
2. A JKA examiner will be present to grade the students.
3. Students will be selected to grade based upon the following criteria:
a. Students have displayed the correct Karate technique required for the next Kyu level.
b. Students have followed our Dojo etiquette as explained to them by their instructor.
c. Attended the minimum number of classes.

4. Exam Fees:$15. 

No Cost for Yellow Stripe (10th Kyu).

Exam fees must be paid (cash only) prior to each exam.
Exam fees include the cost of the belt. If not successful, the student will be tested again at no further charge at the end of a later term". No refunds whatsoever.
